Why the "Psychology of Love”?

Because Love is the most essential part of our lives. It is what we are made of. We are born into this world through love, tenderness, and joy—but over time, we can forget this, due to life experiences and emotional pain.  We may learn to suppress it and gradually lose the ability to feel it.

When we lose connection with ourselves, we may experience anxiety, inner conflict, emotional suffering, relationship difficulties, or psychosomatic symptoms. When that connection is restored, we often find greater clarity, resilience, freedom, and vitality

Through self-discovery and the gradual release of emotional wounds and trauma during psychotherapy process — like shedding worn-out clothing. We begin to feel love again. It reawakens and flows more fully within us.

Restoring of Love for ourselves, for our lives, for our loved ones, for our work, and for the world as a whole.

My Journey

I was born in Moldova and from an early age developed a deep interest in understanding the human mind, resilience, and personal growth. Throughout my life, I have faced significant challenges and periods of crisis that required strength, reflection, and transformation.

My personal experiences, combined with psychological knowledge and professional training, have profoundly shaped both my personal and professional path. They taught me to look for possibilities even in seemingly hopeless situations and deepened my understanding of human potential, healing, and growth.

These experiences ultimately led me to psychology as a vocation. Since 2008, I have been privileged to work in this profession, learning from outstanding teachers and mentors representing Russian, European, American, and Canadian psychological traditions.

Today, living and practicing in Vancouver, I support individuals on their journey toward greater self-understanding, emotional healing, and a more conscious, fulfilling life.

My work is guided by compassion, respect, and the belief that every person has the capacity for healing, growth, and meaningful change.

I help people who have experienced trauma and are struggling with difficult emotional states that are hard to manage alone. I work using an evidence base Integrative therapeutic approach and offer online consultations ( Zoom)
