Why the "Psychology of Love”?

Because love is the most essential part of our lives. It is what we are made of. We are born into this world through love, tenderness, and joy—but over time, we often forget this, due to life experiences and emotional pain, we may learn to suppress it and gradually lose the ability to feel it. We spend much of our lives searching for love in the outside world and in other people. We find it in different forms, experience it, lose it, block it—and begin searching again.

And yet, it is through self-discovery and the gradual release of emotional wounds and trauma—like shedding worn-out clothing—that we begin to feel love again. It reawakens and flows more fully within us.

Love for ourselves, for our lives, for our loved ones, for our work, and for the world as a whole.

About Me

I was born and raised in Moldova, where I began my academic and professional journey in psychology. My lifelong interest in understanding human emotions, relationships, and personal growth led me to pursue advanced training in psychotherapy and clinical psychology.

Today, I live and work in Vancouver, Canada, where I support individuals in navigating life's challenges, healing emotional wounds, and building more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

My work is guided by compassion, respect, and the belief that every person has the capacity for healing, growth, and meaningful change.

I work with clients who have experienced trauma and are struggling with difficult emotional states that are hard to manage alone. I work using an evidence base integrative therapeutic approach and offer in-person and online consultations (Teams, Zoom)
